This service is tailored for clients seeking simple custom garments with minimal design complexity. It is ideal for straightforward pieces that require limited customization and a streamlined design process. If you are unsure whether your garment falls within this category, we kindly ask that you contact us for guidance prior to booking. For more intricate or highly detailed custom designs, clients must select our $50 Full Consultation Service, which provides a more comprehensive and personalized design experience.
Cancellation Policy
The consultation is fee is paid online at the time of booking. The bridal consultation fee is included in the price of the garment but not refundable if the client chooses not to continue the process after the consultation. For other consultation types, the consultation fee is non-inclusive and non-refundable. Only one additional person is allowed at the consultation.
