In Person Consultation
Non-refundable and Non- Inclusive.
Service Description
(Please read carefully before booking a consultation) A consultation is an in-person meeting with the client and designer and must be booked online three weeks prior to the garment’s due date. Both the client and designer will discuss all details about the garment and pricing. Measurements will also be taken. Depending on your garment, it may require more than three weeks. Please email us with any questions before booking. You can also fill out a "get a quote" form and upload a picture of your idea so that we can determine if your garment requires more time. After submitting your form please wait at least 24 hours for us to respond. When booking your consult online, a $50 non-refundable and non-Inclusive fee is required to hold your appointment date and time. Clients must wear fitted clothing at the consultation so that we can get accurate measurements. Please be sure to bring heels and the proper undergarments that will be worn with the garment.
Cancellation Policy
The consultation is fee is paid online at the time of booking. The bridal consultation fee is included in the price of the garment but not refundable if the client chooses not to continue the process after the consultation. For other consultation types, the consultation fee is non-inclusive and non-refundable. Only one additional person is allowed at the consultation.
