Cancellation Policy
The consultation is fee is paid online at the time of booking. The bridal consultation fee is included in the price of the garment but not refundable if the client chooses not to continue the process after the consultation. For other consultation types, the consultation fee is non-inclusive and non-refundable. Only one additional person is allowed at the consultation.
